DISSATISFACTION

In the event that your membership has not been aproved, your sole remedy will be limited to the fees paid to FOSTERSNET. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the services of FOSTERSNET after receipt of the AFFILIATE documents, FOSTERSNET will retain a $50 processing fee, and will refund the remainder of the fees paid to FOSTERSNET. In the event that FOSTERSNET has not initiated processing of your order, FOSTERSNET will retain a $15 processing fee and will refund the remainder of the fees paid to FOSTERSNET. At no time will any fees paid for actual services executed will be refunded to you.
